BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

Security deposits are required for all appointments: 

  • $100 Non refundable or transferrable security deposit required for PMU appointments

  • $45 Non refundable or transferrable security deposit required for Tattoo appointments

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments are confirmed once security deposit is received. Security deposits certifies your commitment to your appointment, that will be applied to your total cost due at time of service. FAQ must be read before booking an appointment. Please read entire email for information regarding your appointment. Once a deposit or full payment has been sent, client acknowledges and consents to the no refund policy.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

Marian Mina Artistry | MINA.INKED may refuse to perform procedures on clients and on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant, nursing or trying.

LATE ARRIVAL / CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:

  • For all appointment cancellations, a 48 hour notice is required. There is a $45 cancellation fee

  • I regret that late arrivals cannot receive an extension on scheduled service time and will be responsible for full service fees.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment or miss your appointment, your service will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. No show appointments will be charged 50% of their appointment and will not have the opportunity to book with me again.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

While, Marian Mina Artistry offers the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures, unfortunately we have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. For example, the care of your brow and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, Marian Mina Artistry offers no guarantee for healed results.

Please be aware, additional touch ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. Touch ups are not required but they are recommended for maintenance and longevity. Touch ups are not included in the initial procedure pricing. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look.

PRICING 

Prices are subject to change at anytime. Rates may increase with travel and guest appearances or special circumstances. Initial touch ups or colour boosts are not included in the initial procedure. It is the clients responsibility to book with touch ups within 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure.

PAYMENT

Cash and all major credit cards (Visa / MC / Amex). Processing fee are as follows: 

  • Invoice 2.75%

  • Visa, MC, Discover, Amex 2.65%

  • Keyed in transaction 3.4% + 15 cents

Marian Mina Artistry has a strict no refund policy on services rendered. Once a service has been rendered, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have taken proper care of their brows / lips / makeup / hair / eyelash extensions / tan. Marian Mina Artistry is not responsible for any circumstances that occur after a service has been rendered. Once a deposit or full payment has been sent, client or student acknowledges and consents to the no refund and non transferable policy.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

Marian Mina Artistry may use images or video on independent company website - and or in any brochure, flyer or other advertising it deems necessary - any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally stored media that is captured or recorded by Marian Mina Artistry and any and all of its representatives. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers and / or videographers used for recording any event for Marian Mina Artistry has been contracted to do hair and/or makeup. Client(s) agree to release to Marian Mina Artistry use of said photographers/videographer's photographs and recordings.
